While there is no specific stage of company we consistently work with, we typically focus on companies that have met some initial developmental criteria.
At minimum, we like to engage with businesses that have an established core offering and whose efforts are supported by underlying protectable IP.

The short answer is that we do not focus on a single vertical.
Due to our broad access to highly specialized SMEs (subject matter experts) across multiple industries, we are able to maintain a very open mind in terms of who we might be able to work with.
However, based on market demand, we will occasionally de-emphasize certain industry categories.
This is determined greatly by the needs and financial capabilities of our clients.
Depending on the length of our assignment, and the needs of our clients, we might engage on an hourly basis, a monthly basis or on a project basis.
In the event that we are engaged on longer term projects, with a success component, we may ask to participate in a blended compensation arrangement that would include a performance related bonus and/or equity.
